The sanded wood surface can only absorb so much without any extra just sitting atop waiting to be wiped or buffed off. The exact application method can be adjusted based on footage of the project or from just personal preference.
Compatibility with Other Finishes
Inevitably, contractors will want to try PALL-X 2-KOLORIT stain but continue to use other branded products they are familiar with. The question arises, “Is 2-Kolorit compatible with other brands and types of finish?” According to Pallman, they have encountered no compatibility issues thus far, but convey they cannot guarantee compatibility outside Pallmann’s complete line of products. There are many popular formulas that this product has been shown to work well with, but always test compatibility prior to use.
