This place has an amazing showroom and the employees are very willing to help. Prices aren't super cheap but very good for the quality of product you are getting. I found this place after I had already purchased flooring for my new construction house. I wish I had found them earlier because I would have definitely purchased flooring from them instead of Lowe's!

We love our new flooring. Great quality and looks amazing. We love the distressed look. So many choices so we definitely appreciated the option to take samples home and see them in our home with the lights and furniture.

I recently purchased a home in West Plains, and when the seller moved out they scuffed the hardwood floors pretty badly.I called Master's Craft Flooring in West Plains, just to get some advice on how to remove/repair the damage. After speaking to Brian, he offered to come to the house and look at the floors. Within a couple of hours that same day Brian came to my house to look at the floors. He wanted to try to remove the scuffs, and returned later with a compound to determine if they could be removed. Unfortunately for me they could not.Fortunately for me, Brian connected me with Jarrod Ball, who screened and re-coated the finish on the floor. A relatively inexpensive process that takes the finish off without sanding, and allows a new finish to be applied.Long story , short , Jarrod was able to come in, and redo the floors and they look amazing.The service I received from Brian and Jarrod was above anything I have ever experienced. Brian was very knowledgeable on products and techniques to refinish my floors. He also tried the lowest cost solution first before recommending the more expensive route, which I really appreciated.Jarrod worked into the night and expertly finished the floors, and I could not be happier with how they turned out. End of story... Right? Nope! While the floor was drying, a large bug landed on the wet floor, and did the death dance in a 3 inch circle, marring the floor. I called Jarrod and he returned that same day and re-finished the single board there the bug had died. Once again the floors look like new.

We had an excellent experience with The Master's Craft. My husband and I recently purchased our first home and after two weeks of home ownership we found a huge water leak under the house that damaged the original hardwood floors and subfloor. We had to replace everything and that's when we found The Master's Craft Flooring Outlet. They were extremely helpful and they gave us a great deal on our engineered hardwood flooring. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience, our flooring and home look beautiful.

Master's Craft produces quality flooring and their customer service is amazing. We put hardwood flooring in our home and we love it. So easy to clean. We will never go back to carpet throughout our home. We have also noticed an improvement with allergies since installing hardwood floors.
